The City partnered with BC Hydro to install the region’s first fast electric vehicle charging station at the North Harbour. There is a two-dollar an hour fee at Level 2 charging stations owned by the City located at North Harbour, Powell River Public Library, the Recreation Complex, City Hall, and Powell River Historical Museum and Archives. Funding has been allocated for a new station at Dwight Hall.
